How likely is it that I'll get the dorm that is associated with the FFC I choose? I've seen on past years' discussion board that a lot of people who got North Morlan also got FFCs for other dorms like Pralle and Henley.

It depends on how full the dorms are for your FFC. At the same time, they will try to accommodate your choice and match you with a compatible roommate. Please read the following from housing.

"FFC is very important in relation to housing. Your Housing assignment will be determined by the FFC course you choose and your responses in the housing application.
To ensure proper housing students should:

1.) Apply for housing through the Chapman Housing Portal before May 1.

2.) Select and enroll for an FFC course.

3.) Indicated a preferred roommate, if you have one.

Residence Life strives to match students with similar interests and lifestyles together. They are also striving to place students in the same FFC courses together. Your room assignment will be determined by your choice of FFC and ability to match you with a compatible roommate. Thus chances are you will have several classmates from you FFC course in your Res Life dorm. By grouping FFC’s together, students will be introduced to classmates with similar interest and academic goals."
