Fields Medal or Nobel Prize?

^Well, if you can prove Goldbach’s conjecture, than you obviously have a shot at the Fields Medal. Doesn’t mean you’ll get the prize but hell, you have a better chance than most mathematicians.

but ideas aren’t enough

Such as? o.o

Hi, guys. So, I was planning on winning the Nobel prize this year. And the Fields Medal, too. Like, how much research does that take? Because I still also have track and cross country and I volunteer at the hospital for 500 hours a week. But I still have some time to kill, so I think it’s possible. What do you guys think?

^^Well for one, the two primes would have to be equidistant to half. So every non-prime number would need two equidistant primes (e.g. 24-5=19, 24+5=29; 52-9=43, 52+9=61).
