Hi, everyone!!

I am applying to Emory University as class of 2016.
I'm planning to apply under the ED II plan for both Emory college and Oxford college.
I'm not a U.S. citizen, but I've been attending a U.S. public high school for the past four years.

Having said that, do I need to send the Financial Information Form (FIF)??
The deadline for ED II is Jan 1 so I'm worried that if I have to send in this form, I might not be able to send it by Jan. 1.
The admission office is not answering calls due to holiday break so I couldn't ask Emory about this.

Does anyone know whether this form is for students applying outside of U.S. or for all the students who are non-U.S. citizens??

Thanks so much!!! >-<

P.S. If it turns out I do have to send the form and I am not able to send it by Jan. 1, would my application be rejected??
