<p>I think that production is fairly limited in the department. From what I've heard, the focus is really studying film. Some people leave the program for this reason, because they did not do research ahead of time or later decide they'd prefer production instead of just studying films. There is some mandatory production included in the program, and extra possible, but it isn't the focus of the program.</p>
<p>It's possible to double with film and business. You would have to get into the Haas program during the end of your sophomore year, and complete the requisite classes before that, but it can be, and probably has been done.</p>
