Here’s the link to the 01/11/18 Chronicle of Higher Ed article describing how a director of financial aid at Columbia’s Teacher’s College and three grad students apparently scammed hundreds of thousands of dollars from federal financial aid. Who would have thought?

I was simply stunned to read that these three students were in school for over a decade - each - and did not have degrees. At least one of them was “working” on a master’s degree all that time.

And nobody freaking noticed???
They just kept on getting grants
