<li><p>have you ever heard of/seen a case where a family wouldnt qualify for finaid but SOMEHOW miraculously they unexpectedly qualified for a sizeable amount? (eg, a fluke)</p></li>

<p>sure it would be called having a truly major catastrophe happen in your life and your family lost everything. (would you really want to wish that on your self and your family just for some financial aid)</p>
