so when is the Board of Admission at Wellesley making their final decisions? is it gonna be this week? just curious, cos' I know that Smith's Adcom is making their final decisions this week...

apparently they already have and will be sending packages out around the 25th of march

did anyone get an unlikely for their decisions?

Apparently yes. Look here: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/showthread.php?t=293266

and thats pretty terrifying that they've already made the decisions...

so I have a general question to anyone who wanders into this thread:
Since deliberation is basically coming to an end, do you think it would make sense for me to mail in more supps to colleges this monday? It's a visual supp and some written so it shouldnt be too time-consuming?

It's probably too late for that, and I don't think it would make much of a difference anyway.

yeah, i agree.

it's official - Wellesley's posting the official decisions online on 23 March (Friday), 5pm EST. The actual decision letters will also go out on that day.

---- my friend from China just got this e-mail from Wellesley. Did anyone else get one?

I did too. I'm from Malaysia.

But mine specifically stated that the letters would be going out to internationals.

Good luck everyone.

I'm an "international" (G-4 visa) living in the US... I wonder if that counts? :p I didn't get the email, though, so maybe not.

Cameliasinensis, the e-mail implies that online decisions will be only available to oversea students:

We hope that by enabling you to check your decision on the web, potential delays in communication posed by overseas mail will be alleviated.

I know my friend who lives in Europe was told that she would know tomorrow in a week, 5 pm Boston time (I think thats what she said)
