Okay, I've narrowed down my list and applied to the following colleges:
Bryn Mawr (ED)
Oberlin (I'm in state and do lots of music stuff, so I'm hoping that'll help me).
Mt. Holyoke
Macalester
Lawrence
Ohio State
University of British Columbia
Queens College
Bishops College

So, what are my chances? I'm particularly interested in the Canadian schools, if anyone knows anything about my possible chances...

you seriously are in at them all...i mean, come on, you should reach a little higher!!
You have great scores and I think you should look at some more competitive schools

I'm so glad you posted-my stats are almost identical, except my ACT is equal to about a 1420 SAT. My first choice is Oberlin, so it was reassuring to see all the positive comments about your chances, too! Good luck with your college applications, and I hope you get in to all of your schools!

I think you have a good shot at most of them, i don't know much about those schools. But, I do think it is eerie that you too got a 680 on the US History SAT II. Everyone i talked to in my school also got a 680(including me), very strange.

harpgirl: Merci! If not accepted to Bryn Mawr, I will most likely go to either Queens or UBC, so I appreciate your comment on my chances.

thedude: Yeah I know I'm getting into OSU. Probably honors/scholars. I'm in-state and my SAT is good for them, so...yeah. I was more worried about the others.

I looked at your stats from the Michigan thread...where in Ohio are you from?

"I'm so glad you posted-my stats are almost identical, except my ACT is equal to about a 1420 SAT."

Everyone on this board uses these backhanded comments...they are so grating. You rarely see "your stats are so close to mine, except you creamed me on the SATs"
