Mt. Holyoke
Macalester
Lawrence
Ohio State
University of British Columbia
Queens College
Bishops College

So, what are my chances? I'm particularly interested in the Canadian schools, if anyone knows anything about my possible chances...

Thanks again!

Are you serious?
You are probably in at all of them.

Really? Because somehow I doubt that.

Thanks for the encouragement, though! :)

Actually, you do have a good shot at all of them.

Thanks! :)

Anyone else?

bump. bump. bump!

Come on, I know there are more helpful people out there lurking!

you seriously are in at them all...i mean, come on, you should reach a little higher!!
You have great scores and I think you should look at some more competitive schools

Thanks for the encouragement, but my school record isn't all that good, there are some Bs and a few Cs....so I'm just hoping to get into these.

Though if anyone has any other suggestions, I'd love to here them!

I'm so glad you posted-my stats are almost identical, except my ACT is equal to about a 1420 SAT. My first choice is Oberlin, so it was reassuring to see all the positive comments about your chances, too! Good luck with your college applications, and I hope you get in to all of your schools!

I think you have a good shot at most of them, i don't know much about those schools. But, I do think it is eerie that you too got a 680 on the US History SAT II. Everyone i talked to in my school also got a 680(including me), very strange.

Huh, that is funny.

Everyone at my school got higher than a 680, I'm pretty sure. I should have done better considering I took APUSH.

In at Queens (most likely), UBC and Bishops (definitely)

I don't know about the US schools, but I think you have a good shot at all of them.

Best of luck to you!!
Bonne chance avec tes demands d'admission :)
noelle

You should easily get into Ohio State. I was going to go there, and look at my stats in my michigan state thread.

harpgirl: Merci! If not accepted to Bryn Mawr, I will most likely go to either Queens or UBC, so I appreciate your comment on my chances.

thedude: Yeah I know I'm getting into OSU. Probably honors/scholars. I'm in-state and my SAT is good for them, so...yeah. I was more worried about the others.

I looked at your stats from the Michigan thread...where in Ohio are you from?

"I'm so glad you posted-my stats are almost identical, except my ACT is equal to about a 1420 SAT."

Everyone on this board uses these backhanded comments...they are so grating. You rarely see "your stats are so close to mine, except you creamed me on the SATs"

Haha, yeah that's true. But I guess that's what you did. Creamed me in standardized testing :P.

Where are you applying?

Who me? I'm not applying anywhere, I was just commenting on LittleWings' backhandedness.

Queens would be the only only one that you might have problems with. It is a really competitive school.

Good for all the others though.

Okay, thanks!
