Congrats! That's so great! GL with finals and I guess we'll be on the same campus next year! Yaaa lol

Congratulations, maryjulia75! I'm always pleased to hear more good news from GT students! :)

i just got my GT acceptance too. congratulations maryjulia!. i'm, in a huge pickle though. I love it here at Northwestern, and me and my buddies are looking at potential houses for next year to live it would be so much fun.... but the financial situation is tough and if i went to cornell i would be saving ~20 k b/c im a NY resident going to CALS. it is so tough ... i have no clue what to do.

Saving 60k by going to Cornell...tough situation if u enjoy NW...gl with ur decision!

Wow, BlueDevilBBall; we've heard on these boards, and from Cornell, too, that this sometimes happens, that GTs can grow attached to their freshman year school--Less $ for an Ivy League education sounds like a "slam dunk" easy decision to someone outside looking in, but it's a lot different when it's happening to you, and you've already made friends and plans at another great school. Good luck to you, and I hope you'll let us know what you decide to do! Do you have a deadline to decide by when to accept or decline the GT? (My S is a new GT for 2011, so I'm following the process on these boards to learn as much as we can about it). Thanks!

Thanks everyone!

Figgy, I'm so excited...today was my last final...after no sleep...And to top it off, I found out from all my classes accept for one class that I got all A's!!! Woohooo...

Iknow what u mean bluedevilbbal, i love it at vandy too and made many friends...but i'm willing to do anything for cornell lol :-) even being in 8 ft of snow half the year lol :-)

lol I haven't even started finals...ya jerk! :) lol congrats on the good grades and being done w/ the hassle of finals
