Finance career from a low ranked undergrad

I am an economics major (at the moment) and I would like to get a job in finance, however as the title suggests I do not attend a target undergrad. i have heard that it can be quite difficult to get a job in finance without attending a high ranked undergrad. In a previous thread of mine (<a href="http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/business-school-mba/1072737-accounting-experience-finance-career.html%5B/url%5D">http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/business-school-mba/1072737-accounting-experience-finance-career.html</a>) somebody suggested I try to go for an msf (masters in fiinance). I have looked and have not found much information about this degree. Is this a good way to get into finance from a low ranked undergrad?

does anyone know?
