<p>Good evening. For anyone currently attending Yale, how did your final financial aid package compare to the online calculators, such as the ones on Collegeboard and Finaid? Also, what was it in comparison to other ivy league colleges, particularly Princeton with its "no-loan" policy? Thank you.</p>
<p>The online calculator I used last year (don't remember which one, I think I found it through Bowdoin's site) said I had an EFC of about 4,000 and the FAFSA agreed with it, but Yale estimated it to be 3,000 instead, so I'd say they're pretty generous with the financial aid. Overall they gave me several thousand dollars more than Bowdoin and Wesleyan, I'm assuming Cornell too but they never sent me my financial aid stuff.</p>
