I am wondering if there are any students on this forum who attend Kenyon, are on financial aid, and have parents who are divorced? If so, would you share with me how Kenyon views financial aid determinations? Do they look at only the custodial parent's income, the custodial parent plus the other biological parent, the custodial parent plus new spouse plus other biological parent? Other combinations/permutations? I will, of course, call the financial aid office if by some chance S gets good vibes from the admissions office, but any information you would like to share would be helpful.

No need to write, I contacted Kenyon. They ask for a Non-custodial parent form (part of the Profile) if the divorce has been within the last five years. They then use that one form for all of the years the student is at Kenyon, barring a lost job or other serious change in the non-custodial parent's circumstances. The custodial parent completes the FAFSA and Profile each year.
