<p>I filled out my FAFSA about a month ago, but when i filled it out i was not allowed to put more than 6 schools on the app. I chose the 6 schools i’m most likely going to attend but now i heard something about being able to add more schools. so now i have 3 well 4 questions</p>

<p>click the link to make corrections to your fafsa, delete the schools you have already submitted, add the other schools, and then process the corrected fafsa.</p>
<p>your submission is sent to the colleges after processing. any changes you make will be unknown to them unless they remain on your list of schools. so, to answer your question, no your status won't change with the already processed schools b/c they won't be part of the update. your counselor could probably explain it better, but this was the only way i could send my info to 5 CSUs, 3 UCs, and 2 other schools where i applied for fin. aid. good luck.!</p>
