financial aid info

okay so UPenn wants my W-2's and all that stuff directly. Do I send it to the address of their admissions office where I sent my application and transcript? sorry if it was a dumb question, but i really couldn't find this anywhere thanks.

Many schools use 3rd party financial services clearinghouses, so sending it to Penn’s admissions office may not be the right answer. For something this important, I recommend you call them, rather than rely on an anonymous reply on a web forum.

Yea I have the same question…Penn doesn’t seem to be a member that gets the info from IDOC.

If you found out, I’d really appreciate it if you can reply here.

UPenn requires you to send all supporting documentation to them directly; even though you have to file the CSS Profile, they don’t use IDOC. I think the documentation is due by March 1st. You also have to file a Penn Financial Aid Supplement (we did it online, you have to have MYPENN portal access to do it…look at the instructions on the financial aid checklist…I’ve copied the link below). Good luck.

Look at these links:

Hey thanx for the info mowmoj, just for confirmation, if I did the Penn financial aid supplement online I don’t have to send it with the tax forms right?
