Hello, I logged into my Student Portal once my FAFSA was processed by madison. Now they have requested these forms from me and I am not sure how to turn them in.

The fax number and email address are on the bottom of one or more of those forms.
Submit as soon as possible. If it requires a tax transcript you must wait for that to be mailed, so get right on it! The sooner the better. You can turn them in as @Madison85 via email, scan, or physical mail.
