<p>No, they are not final. They can change in May or something. I got in RD and it changed minimally.</p>
<p>After they get your tax returns, it's final. Until then, it's based on estimates, I think, so yeah, it might change slightly.</p>
<p>If your circumstances change the award will change. Say you are awarded monies near the end of the academic year..........your award is modified. You can take the outside money against Grants/work study etc. Each school has a policy about outside money.</p>
