does financial aid come out the same day admissions decisions do?
Usually, financial aid packages come with your acceptance. Only if you submitted all the required forms by their respective deadlines. If you missed some, you’re not guaranteed to get the aid package with your acceptance. It will arrive later though.

Most people I know had to wait a bit for their aid decision
For EA this year they were on the portal with the acceptance letter and then a slightly more detailed letter came in the big admissions letter packet maybe 2 weeks later.
