Financial aid status for accepted applicants

Can anyone view their financial aid status? I get a 500 server error. Just wanna make sure I'm not alone here!

same here, I'm pretty sure it's just not up yet.

No, they're up, I just checked mine. Make sure you register and activate your NetID and go through the entire process to view it (e.g. setting up e-mail account, pin number selection, two passwords, etc). It should be in your student center.

Yeah it's up, just checked mine. Not so good though.

error for financial aid link here too. also error with the given Application PIN/Code in trying to set up the netID...anyone else have this too?

Ahh, thanks! Of course now that I know how it works, my attempts keep timing out. ANYTHING to keep me from seeing my $0 estimated financial need...

setting up the account isn't equivalent to paying the deposit or signifying you will go there, right?

This is what I get in the link "view financial aid status"

Aid Year Institution Aid Year Description
2009 Northwestern University Inquiry access denied.

@goblue10nis,

No, it isn't the equivalent of a deposit. No commitment to attend if you set it up.

AMD follow djin's instructions, don't use the financial status link on the side. Didn't work for me either.

can you guys even get the site to load now?

tianjonay:

Did all that. View financial aid link is in the student center. For some reason it doesnt show anything for me.

it doesn't show anything for me either...they probably are not up for some people

is anyone else not able to activate their name??? It says my activation code/PIN is wrong for my name...I am just pasting the activation code into the activation code part and making up a pin

yeah goblue10nis, that was exactly the problem I ran into...

globlue10nis:

The final decision depends on financial aid package. I might say goblue in another week. :)

For people who already saw their financial aid package, how does that compare to fafsa family contribution?

Tennis people, I ran into the same problem too, rather than copy and pasting it, type it in.

AMD: It's fairly close, though not quite what my EFC was.

yeah i got the login stuff but i still can't see f-aid

I click "View Financial Aid" in the Student Center and am met with "Inquiry access denied" for the 2009 year. Am I forgetting to do something?
