financial aid too late?

<p>when i applied to all my schools, i decided not to apply financial aid because my dad said he would be willing to pay for all of it. however, after being accepted to USC (southern california) and columbia, the tuition bill is really starting to sink in. is it too late to apply for financial aid or should i focus on scholarships or what can i do to lessen the cost(s)?</p>

<p>at usc, march 1st is the "deadline", but they're very good about still considering you for aid after the deadline. just send them your info asap and maybe call before you do and let them know it's coming.</p>

<p>plus if you weren't worried about paying it in the first place how much aid could you actually get?</p>
