Thank youuu :D

Hi, I'm not bipolar, but I've decided not to go to NMH.
To sum it up, I am not ready, it's just not the right school for me, I havent even visited it, and I generally have no idea what the school is like except for the things people tell me. The money is unbelieveable. I need my parents right now; I can barely get up in the morning without my mom, and I am not ready for the responsibility of boarding school.
So with that, I am moving back to New Jersey where I lived earlier, because the public school is great, and I miss my friends.
I do plan to reapply with scholarship or grants,
and since I am in New Jersey, I can visit the schools, and then choose the right schools for myself.
Being in New Jersey would just be soo much easier to apply as a domestic student, and it's just better for me.
My mom will be with me, and the house in New Jersey is actually the same price as boarding school, and we will be saving because public school is free. My only regret is that my dad has to stay in Korea.
However, as of right now, this is the best decision for me, and I hope it's the right one :]

Wow, NMH, that is a surprising turn of events. I hope your family finds the solution that works best for all of you.

I guess you need another screen name now? I think you should keep in touch with us on this board and let us know how things turn out.

NMH, I am sorry to hear about your decision, but it does sound like you have thought it out, and it will be best for you. I am sure that this has been a very hard year for you, but it sounds like you have learned a lot about the boarding school application process, so if you decide on it again for next year, you will be very well prepared! Try to go to some of the wonderful beaches in New Jersey this summer, and give yourself some time to recharge.

Please let us know how things are going for you in the future.
