<p>So, my FAFSA efc was around 13000, but my Penn efc was about 25000. There are no outside assets (like a business, etc) that the fafsa doesn't take into account. Does anyone know how successful it is to appeal the financial aid decision? And is it okay if I show them financial aid packages from other schools (eg Duke, UMich) that are a LOT better?</p>
<p>all i kno is when i called them they told me they go by the css profile and not fafsa :[</p>
