Just a quick question, is it beneficial to an applicant if they mark saying they do not need any financial aid as opposed to someone that does? I’d be applying as a transfer student, and I’m not too sure if it’s need-blind but, I’m just saying, I’m sure it discriminates a little bit. I need the aid, but I can go through it another route, you know? Just wanted the insight. Thanks!

Penn states they are need-blind and they pledge that checking that box in no way affects their decision on your app.
