I was recently admitted ED 2, however the financial aid package I received was not enough. What can I do?

Did you check the NPC before applying?

Yeah. It said my npc would be 7 000 a year. However, lehigh is only giving me 5 thousand dollars in aid a year

I think you should call the financial aid office. Be polite, but concerned.
You either need to rescind the offer, or correct some of your financial data.

It is possible that you entered the wrong information when you calculated your NPC, or you misentered information on your FASFA of CSS Profile.

I would guess that to have an NPC of 7000, your household income would have to be ~40,000.
I would guess that to gualify for a grant of 5,000, your household income would have to be less than 120,000.

If your parents have a business, or own rental property these estimates may be way off.

I’m a parent, and my children did not apply ED anywhere. I don’t think it makes sense unless you have a clear cut favorite, and are either very low or very high income.

:( i think i may not be able to go to Lehigh anymore… sigh… if only college was cheap…
