<p>I am not receiving any financial aid from Cal but when i got online to view it, it has all these loans listed.....? Also it says that i am missing citizenship verification and enrollment verification....? The only thing i am using is outside scholarships...how do i use those? Does it even matter if i report it to Cal because I am not using any loans or thing from them? I'm so confused!!!</p>
<p>Go to bearfacts, offer letter, then decline your loans and report your outside scholarships so the school can process it.</p>
