<p>Are you serious? Which school in any country commits to meeting the full demonstrated need of students from a different country?</p>
<p>I can name 10 universities that meets the full : check their website ,
MIT , Harvard , Brown , Duke , UoC ,Caltech ,Brandeis , Middlebury , Vassar , Amherst</p>
<p>The Universities you name are private Universities - not State supported Universities. Big difference! Which is why at a state supported unversity, residents pay much less tuition.</p>
