First Car

Seriously dude, PM me. I have some ideas about what to do with the money.

seriously though, you’re better off leasing because i really doubt you will want a entry level bmw/lexus in 3 years when it’s worth less than half it’s original cost, out of warranty and not the latest model.

I drive the public MTA every morning…yay me!!!

Saves gas money.

Omg my school is right across the street from a country club so you can only imagine the cars i see in the parking lot. I’m talking 16 year olds $60-70,000 BMW’s to $150,000 porsches it makes me want to cry lol
a girl in my biology class totaled her parents Cadillac so her dad bought her a brand new Hummer (nice punishment dad lol)
(: whatever i won’t be 16 till the end of 11th grade anyways so no driving for me :p

Wow… Who drives Hummers anymore?

Wow… there is so much wrong with this that I don’t even know where to begin.

199? (Insurance says '95, looks like a '98) Red Pontiac Sunfire. Priceless.

Edit: In my school parking lot there are a couple Jags, a brand new BMW, 2010 Camero, and two years ago a Ferrari. I wish my parents were loaded.

How about a Mercedes-Benz GLK Class? It’s one of Mercedes’ SUVs, so it’ll be roomier (though, being under 5ft, I’m not sure how a 6ft person would fill it out), but small enough that it’s still sleek like the smaller sedans, and its price is around $35000.

My dream first car is a Mercedes Benz SLK Class, but I don’t have that kind of money. My aunt is offering me a car of that caliber if I go back to my home country for college, but I’m staying put and settling for a used Honda Civic as my first baby. :)

I’m happy that there are very few nice cars in my school’s student lot. A few kids have brand new Volvos and Hondas, but that’s about it. Makes me feel better about my future clunker.

A kid on the baseball team in my school got a Maserati from his parents, and it wasn’t even his birthday. o_o

(Hopefully) I’m getting my own car this summer. An STi would be ideal, but I’m poor, so I’m settling with either an FC (1989) or FD (1994) Mazda RX-7.

Hopefully the car I get in the fall will be decent, that’s all I’m worried about.
