how was your first day? and also how are community bathrooms?

I just remember feeling lost; it took me about 2 weeks to stop relying on the campus map :p. Having it around made me feel secure.

And community bathrooms? What community bathrooms? I have a suite bathroom that I share with three other girls, and a sink all to myself in my room ;). Lovely.

Honestly, i was tired. Just plain tired. I did get lost though ><

And i have my own room and bath so no community XD

First day of college ever was pretty sweet. The weekend prior was welcome weekend, so there was a fair bit of partying. It kinda sucked since I had gone so far from home and I missed my family and friends, but by Sunday (I arrived on Friday) I was able to say bye to my mom (she was the only one who went with me) without choking up

Community bathrooms suck, I’m pretty sure even section 8/public housing doesn’t have that.

I honestly can’t remember my first day.
I guess that means it was fairly mediocre.

Community bathrooms are fine. Someone else cleans them for you.

I prefer community bathrooms than having my own bathroom since someone cleans it as Knights09 also said. It really isn’t that bad at all. Not hearing the toilet flush really loud is a plus also, which I hate in my current room.

I remember sitting in class and waiting for the classroom to start and looking around thinking “Wow, this is just like high school” lol. All I needed was to rest my head on my desk for a quick nap before the instructor walked in, and I might as well have been back in high school. Also it was pouring down raining, and I remember we all felt bad for this girl running to class outside. She was wearing a white t-shirt and was already soaked to the bone.

Oh, and I’m going to try my hardest to get a room with a bathroom this semester. I dunno what I’ll do if I can’t. I might cry. I would much rather clean my own bathroom (which doesn’t take THAT much effort!), than not know who was using the showers before me and…it just seems gross, lol.

I don’t really remember anything except sitting in on the wrong class because I got the room numbers mixed up. I figured out I was in the wrong class about 5 minutes in, but I didn’t want to make a scene by just walking out haha. By then, I had been in school for a week already for orientation. First night of orientation was awkward: lots of stupid ice breaker games, making small talk with a gazillion people, and school sponsored events (I remember a trivia game ugh!)

so how many credits did you take? i am planning on 15 instead of 12 which will slow me down
