I’ve never been to a JCrew. When I heard someone say it was reasonably priced at a camp I went to, I had to laugh. JCrew is pretty expensive!

My birthday suit.

Delicious, misterpop92.

My first day isn’t until September…I haven’t even finished summer reading!
What I’m going to wear depends on the weather, I guess…it’ll probably end up being a skirt with a t-shirt and some cool jewelry.

Oh geez, there must be a lot of well-to-do people on this website because on every board I go to everyone mentions shopping at Urban Outfitters and J.Crew like it’s no big deal and then I go on the website and it’s like $100 for a cardigan! Is that cheap or am I just poor?

Where I live most people do shop at the “boring” regular teen clothing stores because the clothes are affordable and to a lot of they look pretty good. It’s just easier to throw on a pair of jeans, a regular ****, and flip flops then to wear an extravagant looking outfit. Some people just don’t really care all that much about quality because in the end me and a lot of my friends would rather have 10 shirts from Forever 21 than 2 shirts from J.Crew. I mean I wish I had the money to spend over a $70 for a pair of jeans but I don’t…

But anways back to the topic at hand. I will most likely wear:
-this black cheetah print tank top (forever 21)
-grey cardigan (forever 21)
-dark wash jeans (american eagle (on sale! yess!)
-sandals or black heels (forever 21 for sandals, payless for heels)

Although my clothes haven’t came in the mail yet so this is all subject to change.

But yeah, I shopped on a budget this year because I had to pay for all of my own clothes with the money I made with my summer job. I felt very proud of myself this year (:

I’m wearing my SENIOR shirt the first day =)

Light jeans and a dark blue shirt from the Rainforest Cafe. Get on my level.

UNCmarrisa - yeah, I have a feeling there are a bunch of wealthy people on CC. The most I spend on a pair of jeans is twenty bucks.

I’m wearing nothing. I hope to make a good impression on everyone as a FRESHY, LUL.

@Sara12 Thank you! I actually don’t feel so alone right now. I think the most I’ve ever spent on a pair of jeans was $30 and I just wanted the feeling of buying American Eagle jeans. This website makes me feel very poor.

I’m obsessed with LLBean. The company sounds expensive, but if you get things on sale, they can be as cheap as H&M, Target, or Old Navy.

^ Actually, LL Bean stuff is on the cheap side even if it’s not on sale. It’s really high quality stuff though and they replace it if it breaks. Very classic clothing too. I’m a big fan.

All my LLBean clothes last FOREVER! And the outlet is AMAZING. On my trip to Bowdoin, we stopped in Freeport. I got a pair of knit boots for $10. If I go to Bowdoin, my parents will be spending so much time in freeport.

Straight jeans, AE T-shirt, Shoes I’m hopefully going to buy on Saturday

yah trick

A crisp creamy white thobe(what saudi arabians wear), my new watch (it took me ages to find it), the red Kanye-designed kicks

^classssay

I wore light jeans and a pink Fudpucker’s shirt… get on my level

Seriously nobody cares what you wear

A black polo and jeans and socks and shoes.

My school has a required shirt.

I love how some people are critisizing the importance of what you wear to the first day of the new school year. Its just for fun! relaxx

Is it bad that I have never heard of a lot of these clothing brands? Fudpuckers?!!?!?!?!?

Lol Fudpucker’s is a restaurant in Florida
