I just had my first kiss. And apparently my first reaction is to write about it one CC (such a nerd). But yeah, it was super awkward. Bosh she and I had never kissed anyone before. We both admitted it would be awkward and terrible. But we got up the courage and did it. It didn't feel like how I imagined it would. It wasn't disappointing, but I did know it would be awkward seeing as how it was our first. I guess not all first kisses are like the movies. :P

But, yeah.....I'm sort of overwhelmed. I love this girl and want to kiss again and continue dating. I just hope I didn't do anything wrong this time. Is the awkwardness a sign that I did?

So, yeah, uh, I guess I'm just wanting to tell someone. Haha. A lot of emotions going on. But, I do also want to know:
What was your first kiss like?

And she’s texting me and is very overwhelmed but happy we did it. She is way more overwhelmed than me. Is it normal for the girl to react more than the guy?

Haven’t had my kiss yet OTL.
But I don’t know. I think it just depends on the person.

As for me [girl], although I do want to have my first kiss ASAP (who hasn’t kissed before college?), I don’t think a first kiss is something to freak out about. It’s just a kiss, lol. I might change my mind once I’ve kissed, but 'til then, nah.

Mine’s not too exciting. I was at a cast party while everyone was playing truth or dare, and got dared to kiss one of the guys. Which then spawned a game of spin the bottle where I kissed many more guys. It was no big deal; I’m not into that whole “first kisses are magical” stuff.

I got my first kiss in seventh grade with my then-“boyfriend.” It got around to me in sixth period that he wanted to kiss me and was going to do it after school, so I got really nervous. After seventh period ended, I made my way over to the front of the school with some other people. Boyfriend and I met up and kind of just stood there awkwardly smiling while all of our friends (we ran in the same circle) were standing around us chanting things like “do it, do it!” We finally kissed and everyone started laughing and cheering.

I don’t know, such an experience may be embarrassing for some people but looking back on it now, I think it was super cute. Perfect for a kiss that took place when both of us (and all of our friends) were still so immature and stupid, haha.

Oh and congratulations, tropical! I’m sure you’re ecstatic right now! First-time kisses (even with new boyfriends/girlfriends) are so euphoric…

I was 14 and the guy was 17. We were walking to Kmart and it just happened. The guy was an amazing kisser btw. I had the whole knots thing yeah lol.

Edit: just for future reference girls make a bigger deal out of everything. Trust me I know lol.

It was very dramatic. Jake and I were kinda cuddling (I had my arms around his neck) and he kinda nudged me with his nose. So… So I plucked up the courage and kissed him right on the nose!
(Disclaimer: Jake is a horse and although I did kiss him on the nose I am aware that’s not what you meant)
