My S is majoring in Exercise and health science. He will be taking the Scribner course required of all incoming Freshman, Anatomy /physiology , Calc 1 and general Chemistry 1. Based on the placement exams it was recommended that he enroll in General Chem 2 ( 106) and Calc 2 ( honors). He chose not to enroll in the more advanced courses. He prefers to " get his feet wet" as a new Freshman . My question is: how difficult is Anatomy/physiology including lab and how is the Scribner course graded and evaluated? He is hopeful as a premed student and would like to enroll in the early assurance program Skidmore has with Upstate Medical School. Any comments or insight/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
