Actually UCSB does have large ethnic population, I mean it is predominately white, but there is everything. But race, gender color, sex, or sexual orientation, it doesn’t matter, we all get along regardless of.

UCSB IS very diverse in terms of people. There is a lot of people that fit the stereotype and many that don’t. Overall people are very good looking here. If the day is sunny a lot of people wear flip flops, shorts, and tanks. Some people do dress too casual all the time but others dress cool. Girls usually don’t put on their party girl look until the weekend. But girls here are hot you’ll see if you check IV. Just to put it in perspective, UCSB is the 2nd fittest university in the US. The gym is always full.

munaluna, what, too far? IV is literally next to UCSB. the reason you didn’t see any hot girls on spring insight is because all of them were partying in IV, Spring insight was the same day as Deltopia, 2nd biggest spring event after extravaganza.

I have too say most people do fit the cool stereotype, but although some may have the bro ******-bag feel, most are friendly regardless of.

U don’t think White girls have attractive bodies? Megan fox? Lol

Megan Fox? You serious bro? She needs more legs.

Lol from what I’ve seen in my freshman class, people are far from that stereotype, having seen 2/3rds of my freshman class from the dining commons and such. There are all sorts of people, some not so attractive people, some really hot ones, and LOTS of decent and average looking people. For the most part, I’ve just seen average looking people really. Then again I’m biased since hot beach blonde types aren’t my thing. Besides do you really expect all of those science and engineering majors to be filled with hot model types? Because it’s way far from that
Anyway you find your niche. I’ve been here for an entire year here and I’m still substance free, I have friends who are the same and friends who aren’t, but it really doesn’t matter and my friends don’t question it. For the most part UCSB is very accepting. Although I’m sure you’ll find plenty of the stereotypes out in IV on a friday or saturday night, like with any other party in college. Don’t worry about it, enjoy your time and do your best in college. I’ll say that now because you’ll start to regret it sooner or later if you don’t do any of those things.

*Just noticed this thread is old, damnit lol
