Floppy Disks

The whole floppy thing is funny--my school doesn't have floppy drives on any computers, and hasn't for at least 4 years I've been told. My last 2 computers haven't had one either. They give all students USB drives and network storage accounts.

That said, I still remember those huge disks that were actually floppy!

jbusc - the same prof that i was just referring to, in web deveopment class, required that we hand in every single program on Paper, and on Disk (which we did CD), and also an online copy. Every time we had an assignment due, we were literally handing in 100 sheets of paper.

I used to put these stupid comments in it about how much the cowboys (i'm an eagles fan) just to see what he would say.. I remember getting ha ha and some frown faces.. so at least I know he read them.

He's definately not a friend to the environment. I've never seen someone require so much wasted paper before.

Lol. Floppies.

I have an idea.
He asked you to turn it in on floppies? So be very literal, print out your homework, take a floppy or two, attach them to the bottom of your printed out homework, and turn it in. When he objects, turn over the paper and show him that it is indeed on a floppy.

Some prof's have no clue what a CD RW is.
