I am a student in south FL. My gpa is a 5.0 and will have taken 9 ap’s by the time I graduate. My act score is a 33. I have started a clothing drive club and co founded a club helping orphan athletes. I am also a competitive Deca member and have won state competition three times. I do not have a lot of money. What schools should I apply to? Any chance at UPenn?

I would like to add that I am looking for a business finance major.

Business finance? You should check into FSU and USF.

Look up on the internet schools that say they meet 100% of your demonstrated financial need.

That doesn’t necessarily mean that they give you a scholarship, however. They may just give you loans.

We can’t necessarily give you any more advice on where to choose because you limit your requirements in a school. Would you prefer urban or rural? Will you have a car? How do you feel about traveling across the US every few weeks/months? How do you feel about flying, especially in the hectic months of December when EVERYONE is trying to fly at the same time? It really varies.

But you posted this in the Florida section instead of the College Admissions section, so I will assume you’re looking into applying to Florida schools. The best for business finance are USF and FSU, as stated above. You might even want to check out UM.

Depending what type ofcity do you want to live in. But there are some schools that i think that you should apply USF, FSU, and UCF… go take a some college tours and see what you like or can see your self living for the next 4-6 years.
