Does anyone know if an invitation to and participation in a boarding school Fly-In program may put you in a stronger position when admissions decisions are made? My child participated in one so we’re trying to gauge…it was a GLADCHEMMS school. Thanks in advance for any insight!
Absolutely. I think it’s a very strong sign of admission.

We certainly were not invited to fly in, and we are not local. I would see that as a huge positive sign!
Thanks for the reply! Best of luck M10

Thanks for the reply. There isn’t much online about Fly-In programs for boarding schools and the yield rates so it’s hard to know! Good luck next Thursday!
Fly-ins where I teach are meant to be interview opportunities for specific populations (sending program students, for example)
