For International Students

Has anyone recieved the visa forms NU said it would mail?
I sent in my deposit and that pink visa form that asked for a bank statement and what visa you wanted and blah blah in the begining of April and still haven't recived anything for the Visa. Now, I count as international but I live in the U.S. so I don't know if that makes a difference but should I be worried or will they mail them all at the same time soon?

I know they recieved my deposit but haven't heard anything from office of int'l admissions yet.

You can call them to ask when you should expect your I-20 form them. Good thing is you are already here (assuming legal), so you don't have to worry about not having time to get your visa before school starts. But then you will need it to return if you travel aboard. So it's still better to get the visa stamp out of the way when you have a long summer for it. So I'd still say the sooner, the better esp if your country of origin is one of the heavily impacted ones such as China.

The International Office site says they need 2 to 4 weeks to issue the I-20 and hand it to Admission. For those internationals living abroad, Admission will FedEx it back to them (along with some other materials, I suppose).

Since you live in USA, blueiris, I am not sure if they'll do the same in your case.

Anyway, you can always call or email them if you're worried :)
