They wrote that a B.S. degree in the science field is required.
How strictly will they follow that requirement? Did they just use B.S. as a replacement for bachelor's degree? Or do they only consider B.S. and not B.A.

I didn’t know there were schools that offered it, but do you have a BA in biology? If you do, it doesn’t hurt to apply. They will likely still consider you if have a degree in biology (and if you’re experience aligns with the job requirements, of course). The worst they can say is no.

Many LAC’s award B.A. degrees to science majors. At my school, the B.S. was awarded to students in the majors that did not require 2 years of foreign language study eg: Phys. Ed and Business.

What kind of job was it that stated this?
I have a B.S. in Zoology, but most of the jobs I’ve been looking at say “B.S. or B.A. in Biology or related field”
