haha i don't think i've stayed up more than 42 hours... and like i can't stand caffeinated soda or coffee... so like... energy vitamin water anyone?

It's usually the more harder -- the more it is fun for me. I know, I'm crazy, but thats the way I'm made :) And U.S. HS is differentiating -- those who are rational may not press themselves down and those who are crazy may enjoy fun of hard classes. Woo to the hoo!
09xoxo: do not procrastinate?! Hey, that's heresy! I've pulled all-nighter already in my frosh year. That was this way.. After one third way through the Biology paper (don't turn in -- fail) at 3 A.M I realized I won't sleep today. Ironically, I did -- I turned paper in the beginning of school and then just left school having U absence but passing Pre-AP Biology with B.

^Wow. Why are you made that way?

I've no idea :)

haha i still have a bio lab and a set of math problems to work through... yeah i pulled my first all-nighter in eigth grade... and another two? this yr... tonight won't count... i'll probably be done by 4, be in bed, and wake up at 5:30 :P

but just by experience... um yeah i could've been done by 8 today.. :)

I have yet to pull an all-nighter.

Olive_Tree must have good study habits; actually one should really not have to pull an all nighter under most circumstances bar extensive sports or work involvement.

I'll be involved in sports my sophmore year, so I'll probably be doing homework late at night. However, I don't think I'll pull an all-nighter until SAT time.

I just graduated, and with only one all-nighter. An english research paper I put off and put off...finally realizing my grade depended on it, I started it at 1am the day it was due.

i dont have good studying habits, am entering senior year now and havent pulled one either

ATTENTION FRESHMEN

GET ALL As

DO IT just freakin DO IT, YES THERE IS A PARTY WHERE 'DEVELOPTED' WOMAN ARE INERBRIATED, but Trust me I hear college will bring more of those, focus on your damn grades

I learned this the hard way (but in a way it was worth it) :)

Being the class brain isn't all it's cracked up to be. On the other hand, being an underachiever isn't all it's cracked up to be either.

Learn - that's what EDUCATION is for. School is not a game of getting the best credentials.

You don't have to do everything perfectly. Face it, you have to accept mediocrity in some areas. After all, Michael Jordan wasn't very good at baseball, Mariah Carey doesn't know Calculus, and Warren Buffett doesn't know high technology.

I recommend that the students who frequent this site sit back, relax, be content to be a 90+ percentile student, and still get into most of the colleges that a perfect student would be admitted to.

i like that attitude jhsu

many people dont realize that they could get into great schools with 1900-2100 SAT scores, and 680-700 in SAT 2s, so they are freked when they get 730 in a SAT 2

and btw, dont say im speaking ********, because i know a few people that are accepted at penn with 1950 SAT

^ were they like 4.0ers?

i dont know...a friend of mine from another school told me about these kids, so i dont know about their gpa

high school was CHILL

every day was cool. i think towards the end of my high school career it was cool. i knew most of my friends from 7th and 8th grade, so for about 5 years i was with the same people... give or take a 50... anyway, it was a blast

football games, parties, AFTER SCHOOL stuff

i took top classes all As plus had a pretty good social life. ok, there are times i had to not go to social events cause i had a test... but that was life

oh man i never cry, but i can get teary eyed thinkin about highschool cause i loved it so much and had like 400 friends. they are all leavin for college soon and i start the latest so im gonna be here chillin with like 5 other ppl who are also goin up north

What are you talking about? Mariah Carey is so obviously brilliant..
