For those of you who have AP tests: Are your teachers still giving you homework?

@jordansaidwhat
Trust me I know. Seniors at my school used to leave school two weeks earlier than the other classes but this year it was just one week. Still really early. I couldn’t tell you why other than the fact that we start school mid-august

Finals start for me next week. No exemptions either at my school :(

My non-AP teachers are, but I kind of figured that. In AP classes though, we’re either working on projects (physics and economics) or doing nothing (calc).

I’m done with all my AP exams and the ones that wanted to give me finals already did, so just some easy peasy stuff for the next three weeks!

APUSH: “Okay guys. You did summer assignments for me, so I’m not giving you any more homework. We still have an objective, we will still learn. We’re examining the Cold War today. We’re watching X-Men…enjoy.”

HUGE: Probably movies

English Lang: Learning, reading Death of a Salesman

My AP Euro class is pretty much a study hall. My teacher hasn’t even shown up since the exam on Wednesday.

By the way, the final exam in that class is a 40 question, open book, multiple choice exam, which I don’t have to take because I took the AP exam.

~DANG IT! Why does the media/school make a big deal out of us losing weeks of school and not having enough hours to get everything in?

Yah, could’ve graduated already, had they not added back in the 2 weeks this year. And guess what! Two huge projects on the books we’ve read and a research paper (on the book)! I’m stressing on the upcoming due dates of Monday, Tuesday, and Friday!

And we still have timed writes after AP testing, and AP Stats work/tests.

PSH, multiple teachers claiming that its unethical / bad for tax payers to not teach but still get paid after the AP test. JUST DON’T ASSIGN THE HOMEWORK AND TESTS THEN!

My teachers stopped giving homework about one week before the exam.
