For those of you who have yet to get scores!

I did not get my scores last night. It still says registered for my status. I was a normal tester who took the writin, what could be holding it up? Are there any of you who did not get scores whose status has changed to tested? what are the odds of getting scores tuesday night/wednesday morning.

NOOO I IS IN saME BOAT AS YOUUUUZ!!!
This SUCKS!! I need the score for my application to PSEO!!!
GRAHGHGHGHGH!!!

I didn’t get my scores yet, eitherrr! Gaaahh I’m so freaking impatient; I can’t focus on studying for the AP exams until I get this scooore. Hopefully we’ll all get the score by Wednesday!

I must vent my rage in caps/lower case words

This whole scoring BS is frustrating me so much!! I wrote on ACT’s facebook wall…

Dear ACT Test, the time window in which your scores are posted for us to look at and the uncertainty of when exactly they will be posted, as well as why, could not be more inconvenient. Thank you for making my academic future full of anxiety and stress. I’d love to sign up for your next test, but I cannot do that until I know how I did on my most recent ACT. Who knows if they’ll be posted by the registration deadline? Not me! I’ll just have to wait for the next few weeks! Thanks again for the inconvenience

Excellent post, Goldie. You would think they would want to give us our results so we could pay for more testing. And what’s the deal with them only uploading scores on Wed and Fri? It makes them sound like they only have one part-time worker.

hahaha sacajawea i’m glad you appreciate my post! They actually don’t wanna give us our results ASAP, and here’s why: if we don’t get our scores until after the next ACT registration deadline, and we get a low score and wanna retake, we’ll have to pay a late registration fee, which gets them even more money! I’m sure they post the 32s and up and like the 24s and down so that everyone in between will wanna retake and have to pay late registration fee. Hahaha I got 'em all figured out! And I totally agree… what’s the Wednesday and Friday deal? It really does make them seem like they have no workers to upload the scores lol

I’m in the same situation - no test results, still says registered as my status.
I’m not registering for June no matter what - I have other commitments that day.
Does it ever change to tested, or is it just registered until the scores are posted?

I think it changes to Tested when the scores are posted

I am SO frustrated! I wish I knew why my scores aren’t here yet! I am anxious enough as it is when it comes to standardized testing…this isn’t helping! Why would they only post them on Wednesdays and Fridays? I can’t wait until tomorrow, much less Friday, or any day next week! I took the test just as normally as anyone else, but I don’t have my results!

I just realized it’s probably (for me) because I had a scantron erasure. My pencil’s eraser was horrible and smudged into the answer choices and questions around the choice that I erased. The machine probably (hopefully) marked it as a bad erasure mark and they had to grade it by hand.

I’m not sure if that’s idealistic or not. I don’t know if they have the technology to detect a bad erasure, or the willingness to grade it by hand (more money), but I certainly hope they do, in the interest of fairness (and my score).
If this actually is the problem, I should have my scores sooner rather than later.

I’m pretty sure it’s a testing site issue for me, since I’ve talked to three other people who were at the same site and none of us have our scores. I am so frustrated with this!

No one from my testing site has received their scores yet- the same thing’s happened with another testing site in my parish, as well. I have NO idea what’s going on, but it sucks. If they’re not up tomorrow, I’m going to cry.

^ Yes I will cry with you.

I really hope that I got a 32 one my first ACT… That would mean that I have a chance to get a 34…

Someone who took the test (both of us took writing) in the SAME ROOM as me got their score but I’m still registered?

How?!
