<p>Is it better to go to a college that runs on the semester or quarter calender, espcially for engineering majors? I noticed engineering majors have to complete a high amount of units, but does that matter just as much as the GPA?</p>
<p>The term type, semester or quarter, would not have an effect on your admissions. However, you may consider the quarter system if you will transfer to a quarter school and need to compete a series course at both campuses.</p>
