Forbes college rankings: BC at 16!

^I don’t think you’re taking your own advice. But it’s alright, I don’t plan to take it either. What kind of forum would it be if everybody ignores what they don’t like? You reserve the right to act how you like and I reserve the right to call you out on it.

Reddune, I’m going to have to agree with davematthews here. You need to chill out. He didn’t specifically call anybody a fool, and you taking his words personally conveys a lack of maturity. I understand standing up for your school, but you need to be able to take outside criticism too. I also go to BC, but am able to maintain an objective opinion of the school most of the time. Unless somebody is bashing BC (which I do NOT believe davematthews was doing), I think we need to give an objective assestment of our school on this forum. I don’t want to be telling people BC is something that it is not, only to have them be extremely disappointed when they come here. You have a right to disagree, but you need to take people’s words with a grain of salt too.

^I think you are confusing things. I neither take an irrational homeristic outlook on BC (as I have encouraged people to take other schools offer over BC because they fit them better than BC) nor do I believe I unjustly call dave out for his childish remark.

dave: "Sure you’d like to say the Forbes list is so great because of it, but it’s not and your a fool if you think so. Don’t believe in the lie haha "
Me: “Your maturity and spelling add so much to the debate davematthewsxvii.”

I didn’t take his word personally and I never said he was bashing me or BC, but I believe his words were childish and I called him out on it. Please re-read all the posts I have made in thread, please point out where I defend BC against dave’s “fool” remark. I was hoping that matter has settled when me and dave ceased out posting,so please BC2011, don’t add fuel to this already nonsensical topic.
