Fordham Your Choice App-Teacher Recommendations

<p>I'm using the commonapp to apply to many colleges and I want to apply to Fordham also (which has the commonapp option). </p>

<p>Do I need teacher recs for the your choice application? Should I just apply to Fordham using the commonapp and request the fee waiver - or is that too risky?</p>

<p>I just don't want my teachers to be overwhelmed with recs (applying to 10 colleges, 6 using common app) and if the your choice app requests teacher recs then thats ONE more they have to complete.</p>

<p>Why don’t you make a quick call to admissions and see if the common app. teacher recommendation is OK to use with the Your Choice application for the reason you mentioned. My experience was that schools have no problem with using the common app. teacher form no matter what application you use, but its worth a call.</p>
