I am the parent of an incoming freshman and a second-generation American. I noticed that there are some foreign undergraduate students from Asia and Africa but none from Canada, Europe, or South America when I looked at the google-Earth map of incoming freshman. There is good ethnic diversity on campus; however, most of the students were educated in the U.S. On the other hand, at the graduate and professional schools, there is a very strong international presence. Does Case do any recruiting abroad fpr undergraduates? Does it provide any financial aid to foreign students or do they have to pay their own way? As we become one global village, it would be good to have a wider geographic representation. On the other hand, I know that all schools have limited budgets and need to balance priorities. However, I believe that it is important for students to have contact with students from other countries and cultures, if at all possible.

It is for sure that Case don't give out any scholarship for international students... Sigh..I am one of them....

Just kind of curious, can you post the link for the incoming freshman map?

Yes, I'm curious to see it too!

I found this today when I was looking for orientation info.
