Forgot to mention an important activity on CommonApp!

<p>I submitted my CommonApp and JUST realized that I had forgotten to list the name of my club.</p>

<p>I was Vice president of an African Project Club at school. But I just listed VP in the "Positions Held" section, and said "A school club that holds bi-monthly meetings and raises fund for Afrian orphans" in the explanation section. I totally forgot to mention the club NAME in that section.</p>

<p>Will this be a problem, will they think I'm lying about my activity or something?</p>

<p>If I email the colleges' admission office and let them know about this mistake, will it look bad for my admissions as in, will they see me as a careless and last-minute/messed-up-because-i-hurried kind of applicant?</p>

<p>No, it’ll be FINE. You’ve elaborated on the activities enough… and it was just a simple mistake, no big deal. Colleges trust that you won’t <em>lie</em> on the app, so just don’t worry about it.</p>
