She is interested in the above scholarships and I am looking for advice as to what she needs to focus on in the next few months before she applies.

Should she work on volunteer hours? Take the ACT/SAT again? Sat II? What is most important?
And what do you feel her chances are as it stands now?
Congrats on your amazing daughter! That is a resume to be proud off.
My d1 just graduated after 4 great years as a Fellow. She had a great experience at UGA.
Many of the Fellows have " tippy top scores" She is on the edge. I would see if she can eek a point or 2 more on the ACT. - though her current scores are something to be proud of. A 35 / 36 would strengthen her application.
The application process is very competitive. It is hard to quantify what the " fellows" have- but most possess something that makes them stand out, they are more than just a test score. Careful consideration is give to the make up of the class. Half are instate, so she has that going for her. Historically, there has been a good mix of students interests.
Your d should continue to follow her passions, rather than trying to " package " herself. Write some heart felt essays and line up her recs. She will also require a peer rec.
Wishing her all the best. I am sure she will have wonderful opportunities.
