Franklin College in Switzerland

<p>Has anyone heard of Franklin College? I got an email from them, and I was shocked to see that it's located in Lugano, Switzerland- a place I visited for 3 days on a tour of Italy and swore I had to move to. I'd love to go to college in SWITZERLAND, but does anyone know anything about its academics, reputation, etc? CB has admission stats, but beyond that there's not much info.</p>
