Has anyone else seen the ‘high school initiative’ courses on edX? They are exactly what they sound like; a ‘course’ made specifically for high schoolers taking AP exams, made by the top colleges who can actually afford putting their courses for free online or random, unheard of places. Some are Rice for Env Sci, UC Berkeley for Comp Sci, MIT for Calc, etc., plus the Tennesse Board of Regents and Cooper Union (?) for Chem.
What do you guys think of them? Are they worth taking? What about for self-studiers?
