<p>For all of those who want to self-study calculus, here is a free calculus book with some accompanying video lectures, student study guide, and instructor manual:</p>

<p>It covers freshman calculus (which calculus BC approximates at most schools, though MIT's course is accelerated and covers what is normally a year of freshman calculus in a semester) and multivariable calculus.</p>
