<p>I heard the LGBT centre next to Harrison is free. Possibly also Weiss Tech house (if that's what it's called...)</p>

<p>engineers get limited free printing in the labs; wharton students get a certain number of free pages in huntsman; and i believe nurses get a certain amount free in the labs</p>
<p>also, all the college houses and many locations on campus have printing from penncash, at like 8 cents a page. you can bursar penncash, which goes on your tuition bill, which may not even go noticed by whomever pays the bill...</p>
