Freshman 15? meal plan?

I actually lost weight because I am too lazy to walk anywhere to get snacks. When you are at home, all the food is literally 10 seconds away. In college, you have to get the food yourself.

xD I have a feeling this is how I’m going to be. When I spend long periods of time away from home, I eat a lot less. At home I get bored because there is nothing to do. If I’m away, I usually FORGET to eat. If I am eating, it’s a lot healthier than what I would eat at home because I am the one making it. My parents aren’t exactly known for making healthy meals.

I gained the Freshmen 55. I think I never ate anything other than chocolate ice cream and Starbucks. They were good though. Maybe I should start eating chips instead, not sure which brands are the most healthier.

I gained the freshman 20.

Stopped doing varsity cross-country from high school (!!), copious intake of alcohol, and unlimited buffet-style food at the dining hall = put on some weight.

personal request, don’t be one of those straight-edge vegans who is somehow 40 pounds overweight

College is horrible. It completely destroyed my eating habits. Before, I drank water for every meal and could choose the healthiest choices easily. Also, I only ate when I was hungry.

Now, because my meal plan is so large, I have to force myself to go to the dining hall to use up the meals. It’s really sad. I am drinking soda now because I’m suspicious of the water they are giving us. Also, I sometimes fall victim to the cake and chips that are so readily available. Curse you, meal plan!!!
